Randy was appointed to the North Carolina Technological Development Authority (NCTDA), where he served as Board member, Finance Chairman, Vice Chairman and later Chairman in which he was instrumental in leading the reorganization efforts of the NCTDA. The NCTDA provided fund to funds, seed money for upstarts, venture capital and created business incubators around the State of North Carolina.
Randy started Overton Professional Services, LLC in 2010. OPS provides consulting services for small business and corporations. Randy spent over 32 years with Procter & Gamble with extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales, client management, product marketing, and government relations. Randy provided consultation for healthcare, dental practices and small business.
Ed Seeger is the founder of Seeger Media LLC, which develops projects across a broad range of media platforms. With forty plus years in broadcasting, Ed has owned and programmed award-winning stations in several states since 1966. He also founded American Media Services LLC, TheRadio.com LLC, American Media Services Interactive LLC, The Message Works LLC, Storecasting LLC, Pee Dee Magazine, Southern View Magazine, View Magazine of Charleston and Southern Media Group.

As founder and co-owner of KRGR, Kroger Radio, he was an early pioneer in the creation and implementation of one of the nation's first in-store radio networks.
